Pre-Try Out, SAQ & Jump Training
Program Description:
A continuation of Phase I training with a bit more specificity on preparation for the middle school fall season. Training for full body strength training, injury prevention, power and jump training with speed and agility.
Phase 2 July 5th-July 29th
Jr. Elite Option: 2 days/week for 11s-14s, 3 days/week for 15s and up *Choose one, morning or evening session*
Recommended for ages: *See specific registration for your age group
- 11-14 group - offered Monday and Wednesday
- 15s and up group - offered Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Sessions Offered:
- Morning Session: 10:30-11:30am
- Evening Session: 6:30-7:30pm

- $200 - 11s - 14s
- $240 - 15s and Up
