Pre-TryOut, SAQ & Jump Training
Program Description: Volleyball specific training for full body strength training, injury prevention, power and jump training with speed and agility.
Phase I July 5th - 29th
Jr. Elite Option: 3 Days/Week *Choose one, morning or evening session*
Recommended for ages 15 & up
- Morning Session: 10:30-11:30am
- Evening Session: 6:30-7:30pm
