Pre-Try Out, SAQ & Jump Training
Program Description:
A continuation of Phase I training with a bit more specificity on preparation for the middle school fall season. Training for full body strength training, injury prevention, power and jump training with speed and agility.
Phase II July 5th - 28th
Jr. Elite Option: 2 Days/Week *Choose one, morning or evening session*
Recommended for ages 11 - 14
- Morning Session: 10:30-11:30am
- Evening Session: 6:30-7:30pm
