This is an 8-week beginner skill's training program, designed for younger athletes who are just starting volleyball, and want to develop the basic skills for future training. After movement in the sand, their overall motor skills will improve especially when applied to other sports. We are excited to offer training in Cedar Park and West Austin this summer.

Dates: May 28th- July 25th; Tuesdays & Thursdays *no practice Thursday July 4th

Times: 8:30- 9:30am in Cedar Park and 6:30- 7:30pm at WAYA

Ages: 6-12 Boys & Girls

Locations: ASC Sand Complex in Cedar Park (1401 Toro Grande Blvd)

Fees: 1 practice a week- $200, 2 practices a week $400; plus 4.5% processing fee (payment plans available)

Program Includes: 60-minute training sessions, 12:1 Athlete to court ratio, AJV Sand t-shirt
