This is an 8-week beginner skill's training program, designed for younger athletes who are just starting volleyball, and want to develop the base skills for future training. After movement in the sand, their overall motor skills will improve especially when applied to other sports.

Dates: February 27th- April 25th; Tuesdays & Thursdays *one week off during spring break 3/11- 3/14

Times: 5:30- 6:30pm in Cedar Park

Ages: 6-12 Boys & Girls; athletes split by age and skill level

Locations:  ASC Sand Courts- 1401 Toro Grande Blvd Cedar Park, Tx 78613

Fees: 1 practice a week- $200, 2 practices a week $400; plus 4.5% processing fee (payment plans available)

Program Includes: 60 minute training sessions, 8:1 Athlete to court ratio
