This is a 6 week intermediate training program, that introduces partner dynamics, in a less stressful environment than the club training program. SAQ conditioning is included to help increase speed and agility, especially when applied to other sports.

Dates: November 30th- January 20th (2 week holiday break); Tuesdays & Thursdays

Times: 6:30- 8:00pm in West Austin (WAYA)

Ages: 10- 14 Boys & Girls; athletes split by age and skill level

Locations: WAYA Sand Courts in West Austin (1314 Exposition Blvd behind Joseph baseball field)

Fees: 1 practice a week- $215, 2 practices a week $365; plus 4.5% processing fee (payment plans available)

Program Includes: 60 minute training sessions, 30 minutes SAQ conditioning, 12:1 Athlete to court ratio, AJV Sand T-shirt
