This 12 week program is the perfect complement to indoor school ball or for the year round beach athlete. Cross training between sand and indoor helps sharpen your skills and increase your speed and agility. After successfully registering for the Fall Club Training, the system will send an email confirmation with a practice sign-up link; please visit the link to reserve your spot for each practice date.  Spots are first come, first serve.

Dates: August 31st- November 19th: Mondays & Wednesdays (No practice 9/7 Labor Day)

Times: 6:30- 8:30pm

Locations: CTX Fieldhouse 2610 Main St (East), Buda, Tx 78610

Ages: 10- 18 Boys & Girls (USAV Members ONLY)

Fees: Drop-Ins- $55 per practice (email sand@austinsportscenter for availability)

Program Includes: 90 minute training session, 30 minute SAQ conditioning, 12:1 Athlete to court ratio, AJV Sand T-shirt
