This 10 week intermediate/advance program progresses the individual skills of sand volleyball with partner dynamics. Cross training between sand and indoor helps sharpen skills and increase speed & agility. No tryout or evaluation is required; players are divided each training session. Similar to the Summer Sand Club Program in Cedar Park, Groups A (12U) & B (14U) practice first, followed by Groups C (16U) & D (18U.)

Dates: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays (High School Players & Group C only) & Thursdays 

(One week off during spring break)

Times: Mondays- 7:00- 9:00 pm All Groups in Cedar Park

Tuesdays & Thursdays- 5:30- 7:30 pm (Groups A & B) & 7:00- 9:00 pm (Groups C & D) at ASC Sand Complex in Cedar Park

Wednesdays- 7:00- 9:00 pm (Groups C & High School players only) in Cedar Park

Fees:  Payment plans available- $350 deposit due at registration

Program Includes: 90 minute training session, 30 minute SAQ conditioning, 12:1 Athlete to court ratio, AJV Sand T-shirt
