Fall in love with the game of volleyball! This camp focuses on body movement and skill development for the volleyball beginner. We will focus on the basic skills in volleyball: serving, passing, setting, and hitting. We will also introduce some concepts of the game, like attempting three contacts and rotating. Athletes will also learn fundamentals of athleticism such as throwing, lateral movements, quick feet, core strength, and jumping. Athletes will leave camp with a new understanding of the game and a new favorite sport! Open to athletes in upcoming grades 1st - 5th. *T-shirt will be included with registration
