This is an 8-week beginner to intermediate training program, that introduces partner dynamics, in a less stressful environment than the club training program. SAQ conditioning is included to help increase speed and agility, especially when applied to other sports.

Dates: February 27th- April 25th; Tuesdays and/or Thursdays *One week off during spring break 3/11-3/15

Times: 5:30- 7:00pm in Cedar Park

Ages: 10- 14 Boys & Girls; athletes split by age and skill level

Locations: ASC Sand Complex in Cedar Park (1401 Toro Grande Blvd)

Fees: 1 practice a week- $280, 2 practices a week- $480; plus 4.5% processing fee (payment plans available)

Program Includes: 60 minute training sessions, 30 minutes SAQ conditioning, 8:1 Athlete to court ratio, AJV Sand T-shirt
