We will be offering an opportunity to receive more reps while learning the sport of beach volleyball. Starting with the spring season for sand you will have the option to attend sand training for 1 hour after your indoor practice.  These special 1-hour sessions are only being offered to indoor athletes that play for AJV and train at the Cedar Park facility for the early practice on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This is a great opportunity to learn a new sport while increasing your reps and enhancing your overall indoor skills. Some of you will have team SAQ training directly after your indoor practice, you are allowed to miss SAQ and substitute sand, but please be aware that the sand training is an additional cost and that you will not receive a refund or credit for missing indoor SAQ. If you choose to not sign up for the sand training, then you must attend your scheduled SAQ.

This is a 12 week program that progresses the individual skills of sand volleyball with partner dynamics. Cross training between sand and indoor helps sharpen your skills and increase speed and agility. The club training program is strictly training, tournaments are separate and at the discretion of the athlete.  A tryout/evaluation is not required; players are divided each training session.  Practice sessions expire April 25th and do not roll over to the summer season.

Dates: January 30th- April 25th; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

Times: Tues & Thurs 7:30- 8:30pm, Wed 8-9pm

Fees: 12 one-hour sessions- $300; plus 4.5% processing fee *payment plans & other packages available upon request

Program Includes: 60-minute training session, 12:1 Athlete to court ratio, AJV T-shirt
