This is an 8 week intermediate training program, that introduces partner dynamics, in a less stressful environment than the club training program.  SAQ conditioning is included to help increase speed and agility, especially when applied to other sports.

Dates: June 7th- July 29th; Monday & Wednesday evenings in Buda and Tuesday & Thursday mornings in Cedar Park and West Austin

Times: 6:30- 8:00pm in Buda

            8:30- 10:00am in Cedar Park

            9:30- 11:00am in West Austin                         

Ages: 10- 14 Boys & Girls; athletes split by age and skill level

Locations: ASC Sand Complex in Cedar Park (1401 Toro Grande Blvd)                

                   CTX Fieldhouse Sand Courts in Buda (2610 East Main Street)

                   WAYA Sand Courts in West Austin (1314 Exposition Blvd behind Joseph baseball field)

Fees: 1 practice a week- $280, 2 practices a week $480; plus 4.5% processing fee (payment plans available)

Program Includes: 60 minute training sessions, 30 minutes SAQ conditioning, 12:1 Athlete to court ratio, AJV Sand T-shirt
