This is an 8 week intermediate training program, that introduces partner dynamics, in a less stressful environment than the club training program.  SAQ conditioning is included to help increase speed and agility, especially when applied to other sports.

Dates: Tuesdays and/or Thursdays; March 30th- May 20th

Times: 5:30- 7:00pm in Cedar Park and 6:30- 8:00pm in West Austin

Ages: 10- 14 Boys & Girls; athletes split by age and skill level

Locations: ASC Sand Complex in Cedar Park (1401 Toro Grande Blvd) and WAYA Sand Courts- 1314 Exposition Blvd in West Austin (behind Joseph field)

Fees: 1 practice a week- $280, 2 practices a week $480; plus 4.5% processing fee (payment plans available)

Program Includes: 60 minute training sessions, 30 minutes SAQ conditioning, 12:1 Athlete to court ratio, AJV Sand T-shirt
