This is a 6 week athletic developmental program that focuses on building the foundation of a life-long athlete. It is designed for younger athletes, who are just starting volleyball, and want to develop the base skills for future training. After movement in the sand, their overall motor skills will improve especially when applied to other sports.

Dates: Tuesdays and/or Thursdays; February 2nd- March 11th

Time: 5:30- 6:30 pm

Ages: 6-12 Boys & Girls

Location: ASC Sand Complex in Cedar Park (1401 Toro Grande Blvd)

Fee: 1 practice a week- $135 Early Reg/ $150 for 6 sessions or 2 practices a week- $270 Early Reg/ $300 for 12 sessions- plus 4.5% processing fee

Program Includes: 60 minute training sessions, 12:1 Athlete to court ratio
