Our Level 3 class is a great place for young athletes to continue to grow with the sport! In this class, we advance our focus on fundamentals of the sport as well as how to apply them in a game setting. 

All age groups will have a portion of their class that is dedicated to a 30 minute SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness) training. This training is the same level of SAQ training that our AJV club teams participate in throughout their season.
