The Functional Movement Screening Protocol gives Helix Elite Performance the opportunity to improve the AJV athlete's testing scores from the the summer.

The screening identifies the athlete's strength and weaknesses. The program is aimed at correcting poor range of motion, balance and weaknesses in major areas that are limiting factors in performance.

In most cases this program directs the athletes away from future problems that may lead to injuries.
